Quite good but could be improved further

Overall, comfortable room with sufficient facilities. I really liked that spacious room that even I brought so many stuffs during my stay, it didn't feel crowded. A little trouble during my check-in that I could enter my room without the key card. But once I informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. Breakfast in the restaurant was quite okay, but the fruits were displayed directly to the sunlight so it was not fresh.

I think the common area could be improved. The lobby were quite gloomy and felt empty. While the AC in restaurant area were always turned off so that it felt hot inside. Lots of improvement needed in these areas.

Good place for one night

breakfast buffet was good, very friendly staff, big beds and rooms, easy check-in, wifi worked well. I was very thankful for the water refill!

very dirty under the bed, some plates were unclean in the breakfast room, chemical smell in the corridor, quite loud because of the traffic

New hotel but feels like an old hotel.

Location and price. The room is big, the towell is very clean and thick, love it!

1.Cleanliness, the restaurant was not good cleaned, found toothpics and litters on the floor. 2. Coudnt find any electricity socket to plug phone charger in my room. 3. Poor view from my room at level 2. 4. small pool

Great time

I like the atmosphere at this hotel. although it is located in the middle of the town crowd, I feel comfort, peace, and really enjoyed my weekend. The room is clean, so do the bathroom. The view at the pool also beautiful, but I do not really like the view in my room. The service was excellent.

I thought I had my own balcony outside the room, unfortunately, it is only a wide window. maybe in another room type. The building, I don't know it is an old building or not, but I found a lot of cracks on the wall of the corridor.

Spacious room, wonderful mountain view from room and restaurant, located near shopping mall, restaurant and Bogor botanical garden.

Taste of Breakfast they served not really nice. no hair dryer in the room, so I need to request to house keeping.

love and hate, 50:50.

the location is good. the view from large windows is nice. the view from swimming pool is good.

the room is old. air condition was not working for the 1st room, so we moved to 2nd room. I have requested a double bed and would really expect a double bed, not a "2 x twin bed combined" double bed.

Pleasant stay

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is quite good

On my first night there, some guests mistaken my room as theirs and they were making A LOT of noise in front of my room in the middle of the night. They were there for a long time and it was really disturbing

Average but good location (across from Botanical Garden)

They allowed us to leave our bags in the reception as we arrived too early to check in. The dinner was great I had the chicken cordon bleu. The hotel is right across the Botanical garden and very close to the train station. Pretty affordable.

The staff were hanging around in the stairway and laughing loudly when they should've been working. I had booked a double room with twin beds they put us in a room with a double bed. They moved us once I called the reception. The new room they moved us to the shower did not appear to have been cleaned. The dining room had next to no air conditioning. It was hot in there. On a major road so you hear the cars early in morning or the night runners etc.

Not a pleasant check in moment

I must admit the reason I chose this hotel was because of the view, both daylight or night, it's a pleasant to the eyes

I was booked the balcony suite but when i checked in they gave me the executive room instead, not a very pleasant stay, although in the end they gave me the balcony room after waiting for a while and hard complain
